This game (walking sim or whatever), for me, is literally just highlighting the differences in peoples character in life but also displaying the ultimate similarity at their end. My familiarity with the geography / landscape grew which grounded me even more in the scenes playing out and far from being tedious, I actually found my 3rd playthrough the most emotionally engaging. With each playthrough the familiarity of the voices grows and the picture of their entwined relationships became clearer. 4 times if you count the first time where I clearly rushed through without seeing everything.
